Mortgage Communication tactics Frequent or repeated calls North Carolina
US Bank Home Mortgage continually calls me, as much as ( 4 ) times per day at my desk at work. They call -, which is my work cell phone. I am delinquent nearly 30 days on my mortgage. I have spoken with a US Bank home Mortgage representative each day since -/-/- and run through my financial information and the fact that I have moved to - from - after losing my job in 2008. I have kept up the mortgage payments since I lost my job utilizing my savings and my 401k funds, which are both now exhausted. I do have an offer on the home ( finally ) pending. I have asked them to stop calling and to see what happens after the home is sold where upon I can satisfy the mortgage in full. No kidding, their representative - ( ID # - ) told me they will call as much as once an hour until I satisfy the mortgage. This needs to stop.
