They call -, which is my work cell phone. I am delinquent nearly 30 days on my mortgage. I have spoken with a US Bank home Mortgage representative each day since -/-/- and run through my financial information and the fact that I have moved to - from - after losing my job in 2008. U.S. Bancorp Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount May 7, 2015 - I have been a customer of US Bank for over 15 years, My mortgage is due on the - of each month, but not past due until the - of each month. I refinanced my home with them a few months ago, now I get collection calls starting on the - of the month and multiple statements showing a past due amount, when in fact, nothing is past due.
