I have a checking, saving and a credit card from Chase bank on - - - in the morning Chase alerted me to a fraud attack on my check card - charges. I called in - that morning I find - more, - from the some company the other from another company on - done - in the morning. Chase took care of the charges, closed the account and ordered new cards great. Then I start seeing charges from the closed account on my new account so I called I was told that setup payments would still be made out of closed account on my new account. I mad and scared at the time, I told Chase this could happen he told no it could not boy was he wrong on a recorded line too, the people that have my card can setup payments if they like under different company names which my have happened on - for $49.00 - cleverbridge. My husband or myself did not order it so I have to now have my new account closed again and reopened yet again. Another person that would stop in a couple of days two weeks it is still happening.. I have - more charges from my old account on my new account. Now on what they have done to with our checking. We had a scam/fraud company playing with my husband 's federal student loans that they did not do anything with. We payed them - payments of $230.00 each - in -, - in -. We were told by the student loan people to be charge backs the bank stated they could not help us it was not 90 days old. If they treat us this way how many others have they treated this way.
