First Citizens Mortgage department,

Conventional fixed mortgage Loan modification,collection,foreclosure South Carolina

I had a mortgage with First Citizens and made a payment of - and came to find out that they had foreclosed on my house. I called the bank and was told that I would get that money back because they could n't accept a payment when it was foreclosed on. I have waited for 6 months and have n't gotten anything back from them and I want my money back. I do n't understand how they could take my money and it being in foreclosed on.
