I have asked Carrington Mortgage to stop calling me to sell me a refinance of an existing mortgage. They call every 10 days to 2 weeks. Last week ( - or so ) I called customer service directly and asked them to stop with the calls or I would be filing a complaint. Here we are - and I have a message on my machine Update on my account '' with a phone number to call. I WANT THEM TO STOP CALLING ME! My loan is in good status and was sold to them.
