I took out a loan from - - in the amount of $300.00 and it went unpaid and this is from 2009. The debt was sold to a collection agency and they reported negative information to my credit profile. According to the FCRA all debts can only be reported for 7 years and I have written numerous letters and the are refusing to remove the negative information.
