To Whom it May Concern, I recently refinanced with the -. They sold my mortgage back to Bank of Oklahoma ( BOKF ) overseen by -. I was told by - - not to make any payments until - 2015, in which I followed his direction. On -, I received a letter from - - - - ( - ), who provides our Homeowner 's Insurance. The letter stated that our coverage was being terminated in full as of -. I called - who confirmed that a payment was received that day, -/-/15. - informed me they requested payment - from BOKF as we trust them to oversee our escrow account. BOKF made excuses that their office moved from Michigan to Ohio, and stated they had sent a letter to - informing them where to send payment request. All of this finger-pointing needs to be addressed. While my coverage was n't actually terminated, it did cause great, unnecessary stress in my life. To make a payment one week before termination is completely and entirely unacceptable. I will be refinancing ( again ) and will insist on a clause that our mortgage will not be sold to BOKF or -. Please do not let them get away with these actions, or lack thereof. Thank you for your time. Regards
