I unfortunately entered a vehicle finance through Santander. For the past 2 years i have been reorted late and the balance on my car is the same as it was the very first day. i have asked for statements to prove this and have been told no, have been told its being processed, then was told they can only go back 1 year. i have filed complaints with their supposed office of the president, i just want out of this loan without a repo on my record so i can get another car. Never do business with them again
