Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Mississippi

I was asked to drop off a post dated check for my loan payment which I was n't going to have until Friday the - and I was told they were n't going to cash it until they have contacted me on -/-/- to see if the money was in my bank account before they cashed my check so I checked my bank account on -/-/- and they have already cashed my check and withdrew my bank account!
