JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
I went to the dentist to get a - and they said I could do a monthly payment plan for $1000.00. As long as I made a monthly payment and paid it off within a year I would get no interest. I sent in a payment by check and they said that they did not get it. I sent it in timely as I work for the postal service. I had the money in my savings account so I did not have to open up this card but because it was free and did not want to use my monmey that was in my savings. But because they kept on adding the late fee charge I just paid it off in full. Mind you, paid it off in full minus the late fee/interest of $450.00 they charged me. ANd now it is on my credit report for paying something off in full before the due date. I did the right thing by paying this off and paid what I owed ( $1000.00 ) in the year time frame and I get this on my report that is not valid. I pay my bills on time and did not need this card. and it screwed me over and would never do business with chase ever again.
