Chase Bank has charged me a total of - - overdraft fees since -. When I opened up my account I signed up for mobile alerts and email notifications to help keep track of my finances since they are offered by the bank. I do not receive any of these notifications. Chase in fact has charged me overdraft fees while my direct deposit is in my account in pending status. This situation has created an effect where now I ca n't balance my direct deposited income versus these fees. When I call customer service no one is able to help me and when I tried going to my branch they also turned me away. Chase also reversed a merchant dispute with no notice for charges that were a result of fraud at a nightclub. The denied re-opening this dispute.
