JPMorgan Chase Bank Account Or Service Complaint

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low

JPMorgan Chase Bank account or service department,

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Illinois

On Friday -/-/2015 I had used my debit card to make - transactions final - being - and a - transaction that took me - dollars over my account limit. I have had my bank account for years now before the CARD Act of 2009 in which every time I was asked I REFUSED Overdraft Protection knowing the CARD Act of 2009 protects me from outrageous fees and is supposed to force banks to deny purchases when I do not have the funds availableFour years this was respected if for some reason I incurred a Overdraft Charge. I called Chase to inform them that these are illegal fees. I spoke with - agents - agent insisted the CARD Act does not exist and the other insisted that bank rules apply over the CARD Act. The manager claimed the CARD Act has nothing to do with debt transactions overdraft fees. Then the manager caved and claimed my - - charges were recurring fees and they have the right to overdraft as my purchases were shuffled. To where yes indeed it is true recurring transactions are allowed to be processed due to the card act and overdraft fees are allowed. - is not a monthly fee not is it a recurring transactions and - states on their site any bank listing it as such is mischaracterizing the charge. I am - I understand rules and follow the law I do not understand how companies like this can try to go around the CARD Act of 2009. Its like they are trying to take advantage of people who do not know it exists. If anything I said is hard to understand PLEASE contact me as I am - and my - makes it hard for people to understand me.
