- -Account Number -Former account number -I am filing a complaint against Chase United Mileage Plus credit card. I believe these are the events leading up to my complaint. I originally had a credit card that was a 'premier ' credit card that provided me with reward points for signing for the United Explorer card. I terminated this card as I did n't wanted to pay the annual fee ; I converted this initial credit card to -, which is a Chase United Mileage Plus credit card. I then reapplied and called Chase in - or -/-/- and requested to obtain the 'Mileage Plus ' Explorer Card. The credit card provided - bonus points if I purchased $2000.00 by -/-/-. I complied with this stipulation. I spoke with someone named - and -, Chase representatives and I explained to them that I originally had a Mileage Explorer Card and received about - or - United Mileage miles. ( I ca n't recall what I exactly earned. ) I specifically told these representatives that I converted this card to a regular United Mileage card that did n't require a yearly fee. I asked these individuals if I could apply for the
check to see if I received the - bonus miles until - -I called on -/-/- and spoke with - ' a Chase representative who referred me to a supervisor named - . I explained the situation to her and she stated I would receive a call from an account manager at Chase. I received a call from - who stated that Chase will not give me the - bonus miles since I was not entitled to the bonus miles from the - credit card. I was told that I already received bonus miles from a previous promotion. I explained to - that I spoke with, the aforementioned individuals ( -, - ) and they told me I was eligible for the bonus miles. My RequestI want the - bonus miles and for the hassle I would like compensation such as an additional - miles for the hassle of having to write this complaint. Sincerely yours, - -
