Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay California
Ive been a Santander account holder for a little over a year now and Ive had some hard times come and I ask the company for a payment deferment and they tell me my account is in excellent standing that I should n't have an issue being approved. So I wait the 2weeks they told me it would take for a Manager '' to decide my approval and I never receive a call or email, so I take it upon myself and call them. They then tell me I was denied because I was not past due atleast 10 days or more. I do n't think its right to accrue late charges and interest for every day after the 10 day grace period they have, if its not easy for customers with great payment history to be approved. Not to mention the loan is way more then what the vehicle is even worth, even for it being a newer vehicle.
