Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low New York

I have notice some charges to my checking account. I made a merchant charge to my account of say $6.00 at - -, the suddenly, a charge of actually $1.00 or $2.00 is made to my account from - -. I recently made a charge to my account from - for a warranty for $59.00, the - at the Chase Bank, here in - -, pointed out to me on the bank 's computer of another additional charges of $1.00 and $2.00 and $28.00 from -. Since obtaining, the new chip card, I have notice these type of charges that apparently are being made. I suspected from quite some time of virtual charges to my account for a number of years, Because some how, I made a purchase and the debit and credit did n't add up and complained to the Bank, to no avail. With the new chip in place, that charge is showing up and is deducting that amount from my account., but when I try to retrieve the information from the Bank , account online website, it has disappeared. I saw this on the - warranty and - and Chase Official statement was that there is no charge. It appears on my account, and now my account is overdrawn, but by my calculations, I should have about $60.00 in my account, but the additional charges that appears have taken a toll on my account. Someone is hacking into my accounts and is taking funds. It appears, that Chase is aware of this because they are responsible if this is happening. They will not investigate or find out how this happening. I suggest, that CFPB investigate some of the banks, You can start with my account. I strongly believe, that it maybe happening to the - accounts because it is easily to hack, they have the same amount each month and no one is looking at this.
