Good day. This is additional information in reference to case number -. Since the first complaint filed I am still having issues. Seterus sent me a letter stating the escrow was short and my mortgage payment would increase. A few weeks later they sent a letter of apology about the escrow letter being an error and to please disregard. Shortly after I receive another invoice with an additional $140.00 attached to it ; I have no idea what this is. And last week I received a letter stating they did not have my social security number or a - on file for me and sent a - form for me to fill out. I have no idea what is happening with my account with this company but I am praying that someone get to the bottom of this.
