Capital One Credit card department,
I had a credit card with - bank. - filed an judgment against me and then Capital One took over the account. Capital One said that they needed $4400.00 to settle the judgment. I paid that amount with a Cashier 's Check on -/-/15. It was cashed on -/-/15. The judgment was supposed to be settled but as of -/-/2015 that has not been done.
