I began making payments on a debt for - - - with a credit collector named -. The file was pulled on -/-/14. I was then sent a bill from Penn Credit in - of 2014. I called the company and asked them why my balance had not changed. They told me they had no record of payments. I told them I made five payments toward the bill and they told me to fax them proof. I spoke to - and faxed the proof of payment on -/-/14. - told me that the proof would be submitted and investigated and they would contact me with the results. Over one year later I received a new bill from Penn Credit and the balance was reduced by one payment. Instead of wasting more time I am sending the proof to you. I will not make payments until they reflect my true balance. I paid $620.00 of the debt and should get full credit for it.
