JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
I signed up for a chase freedom credit card -/-/-. With the impression that the card pays back - % of what you spend in the year if you have a chase checking and a credit card at the same time. I have had a chase bank account since -/-/- so adding the credit card seemed like a good idea. I called - months before the end of the year to check and see how the - % back of what I spent in the year will be distributed. The first rep told me points when I did t see the check come in the mail. I asked if they were on -/-/- or -/-/- points they would always say the following month. When -/-/- and -/-/- came different reps told me that the points I have are the - % cash back. At the time - % of - is not = to - $ $ in points. When I said that the line dropped. I called back months later -/-/- and a rep - hung up the line when I tried to ask what happened to my cash back.
