Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Mississippi

I was approved for a loan that took the place of an existing loan and so it was cancelled out with a new balance to pay monthly. The interest however has increased and when it was time to see if I can lower the payments they said that I could not because I have n't met the criteria on my loan as in terms of when I will be eligible to get a reduced monthly balance to pay per month. They are also harassing me by calling me from work and or at home.
