Improper use of my credit report Report improperly shared by CRC Texas

I went in to - in search of buying a house. After looking at my credit reports several inquires have been made which caused a significant decrease in my credit score. There were credit pulls on - -, -/-/- from - and from - on -/-/-. I was informed that the pulls would not impact my credit score or be considered as a hard inquiry.
