I had a T-Mobile Prepaid Debit Card and was using it fine for almost a year. They summarily closed it about six weeks ago ( - - ) and accused me of not using it properly? I was very upset. I have a great deal of money in it and even though I submitted all the documents they requested for a refund, I still have yet to receive it, let alone any response from them. I 'm very worried and concerned about my money. Which, it should be noted, is diminishing since they are charging a monthly maintenance fee '' despite the fact that it 's a closed account!?!
