I stopped paying my mortgage -/-/- at the advice of a real estate lawyer. My mortgage company still has not foreclosed on it. The house burned down -/-/-. I notified them and paid them the insurance money from that. They continue to call me over and over, and every time they do n't seem to know anything about my situation. They continue to delay my foreclosure for reasons unknown to me. I think it has to do with trying to give me assistance, even though I 've declined that for years. I 'm tired of nothing happening and them not knowing what is going on.
