PayPal Credit card department,
While on an extended vacation from - - 2015 to - - 2015 traveling across several states I did not receive my PayPal Credit statement with a balance due and subsequently on the next Statement that I did receive was billed a late fee of $25.00 with interest charge of $2.00 ( $27.00 total ) for a purchase totaling $62.00. I submitted one - web site contact email requesting to have the late fee and interest removed, have received no response from -. I subsequently submitted an email to the Director of Investor Relations of - requesting the late fee and interest to be removed with no response. This is the first and only time I have been late in making payments against my PayPal account - we use other credit cards extensively without ever triggering any late charges.
