Incorrectly reported payments and lates. Then wrote the issue off once I paid the loan completely off to avoid further mistakes. Payments were made on time and for more then the monthly required payment. Because payments were made in the branch, they were applied incorrectly and no problem was ever advised to me as the consumer.
