For the past several years I have received notices from this company regarding a debt that is no longer valid. The statute of limitations has run out on this debt. The last time I used this card was over 6-7 years ago, and the tast payment made was over 5 years ago. Last night a woman, collection rep. called me at -. I told her that the statute of limitations had run out on this debt,. She said I was still obligated to pay. That is false. I also told her to cease and desist.
