I want to start by saying that I am very frustrated, because I am getting no help. Everyone is taking the situation lightly. I could have been embarrassed or worse arrested for this issue. I used an Wells Fargo ATM at the - - - in -. I withdrew $340.00, and was charged a $3.00 dollar fee. this totaled -. The machine distributed - 4 - - $50.00 and - 7 - $20.00 dollar bills. I am not a Wells Fargo customer and they are not willing to investigate, which I think is unfair. Whether or not I am a customer they put there product out there for non customers to use. Come to find out after giving one of the $50.00 to my sister in law to make a deposit, it was fake. I can not let this issue go, I do not have money to give away, nor do I think it is fair that no one is sensitive to my issue. Counterfeit money is very serious, and I could have been arrested. I keep getting the run around stating that the atm does n't give out $50.00 dollar bills but this day it did. I also know there is a ledger from day to day that shows the starting balance of the machine, and also the denominations that were in there. I am upset because I am being made to look like a liar, I do not need to go through all this aggravation for $50.00 but it is mine. I also believe that if this situation goes unhand led there maybe other customers or non Wells Fargo customers who will experience the same thing.
