-/-/2015To whom it concernsI applied for the HAMP application - -, 2015. I sent the application - ways. I sent it by email to a BSI Financial Services and to their - office. It was later determined that the information was not being processed and had been sitting in someone 's inbox. I resent the information on - -. I received a confirmation letter on - - that all of the information was being processed. The loan information was transferred from one representative to another on - -. My wife and I have been calling ever since. Here are the days that we called or corresponded-/-/2015 - My wife left a - - am - spoke with Supervisor. Verified all documents were received and that load was reassigned from one rep to another-/-/2015 - Left voicemail for rep-/-/2015 - Left voicemail for rep-/-/2015 - I called and left message-/-/2015 - Spoke with supervisor again - : everything filed on -/-/2015 and it take - days. Normal process is - days but they are backed up-/-/2015 - left voicemailI am just a little frustrated with the process because what normally should have happened by - - has spilled over into -/-/-. I.e a - day process is not has now been - days and still no response whether we have been approved for the HAMP. Please helpThanks
