Disclosure verification of debt Not given enough info to verify debt Nevada
Received a call from - at my work from Cooper Hoffman Klein and Associates. The caller identified himself as being from the - - subpeona processing department. He said to avoid a warrant and arrest I had to make immediate arrangements with him. I asked for proof of debt. His response was that he is representing an arbitration firm and is not a debt collector. He said he did n't have to abide by rules that debt collectors must follow. He repeatedly threatened me with subpeona and arrest for fraud, that this was my last chance to avoid prosecution.
