Checking account Using a debit or ATM card Washington
On - -, 2015 I tried to pay by debit card a massage service, but the card machine did n't work, so I paid by cash $64.00 plus tip. However the bank Wells Fargo debited $64.00 on my checking account. On - -, 2015 I went on the brunch - - - -, I talked to - - - -, who was n't nicely at all, he was unrespectful making jokes with -, saying he was really busy to take care claims from clients, but anyway ''. He did n't accept the card notes from the massagem business, I went to - business - times, on the - time the girl from front desk accepted to buy a receipt paper, because the business does n't have receipts, they do n't work like serious business, I guess. So I came back to the bank and I requested to talk to the Manager, - -, he talked to claim department and explained the business filled with my informations and said that I paid $64.00 by cash
and nice manager, so I did n't close my account on Wells Fargo. A bank which does n't trust in our clients is not a good bank. Also this happened in - PA. On - -, I traveled to - and I moved to - on the beginning of -. Today, - -, 2015 I checked my checking account and I saw - $64.00, so I researched what was that, then I got the informations from Claim Department that the receipt was n't enough, I need to go the Business and request I printed receipt or something like that. How I can come back to - to request a receipt from a Business who already had problems to fill the basic one? How can be possible a bank like Wells Fargo who says they care about costumers said to me, Im sorry I ca n't help you '', if the bank who I trusted to work with ca n't help me, who can? How I can prove Im paying - for - single massage, a service I got because I hurt my back and I could n't walk. I ca n't go to - right now and I do n't agree to pay - for a bad machine.
