Mortgage Taking/threatening an illegal action Sued w/o proper notification of suit Minnesota
My house went foreclosure in 2009, had - mortgages, - mortgage said they served me letter to court which l never got, but later went to the count, it indicated that they had served my daughter who was -years then who were being watched by my mom who did not know english and it also showed that the house was sold already, and according to what l asked them when l was getting the loan they had said if am not able to pay they were to take the house and not garnish my wages.IT seems they passed it over to the creditors who are garnishing me, and yet when l talked to - they said the loan was written off because they got bail out besides house was sold, and even the credit bureau states that it was deleted by the court and it is written off. so now is there any way l can get help, or should go ahead and file for bankruptcy, please help with better option, am single mom with - kids struggling to make ends meet, and working really hard but this is killing me l need better solution than bankruptcy, because that means l can never get the cheap house for the kids in the next - years, struggle is really and this is really for me please give me quick solution before plan for bankruptcy, Thanks, God bless America, please help.
