I have been banking with Wells Fargo Bank for almost 2 years now and they have always charged me with insane fees. When I make a purchase, the funds get taken our of my available balance but their system manipulates it to where it goes back to your available balance and at a later date they take it out making it look like you made the purchase with no sufficient funds. It is designed to make you overdraft your account and so they can charge you $35.00 NSF for a $4.00 transaction. I have receipts of when I made the purchases that caused me - charges of $35.00 and I should't have been. I called their customer service and they wanted to just tell me how the system works instead of helping me out so I do n't have to make the complaint.
