Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Rhode Island

I have already filed - complaint case # -. I have received a satisfaction of judgement since the account has been paid off since -, but the problem is they ( Wells Fargo ) have never reported it as a judgement, they have reported it as a collection account all along. I tried putting a dispute through the - credit bureaus but they denied all - in beginning of - for an account paid in -. I need a letter from Wells stating that the collection has been paid so I can get it fixed on credit, the satisfaction of judgement references no account number and does not show on credit report as such. I have called SEVERAL times once again and they keep giving me the run around. I need a letter that matches what they reported on my credit report.
