I called Ally Financial multiple times during - - and - to discuss my account and the impacts of being near - days delinquent. I went online to make a payment, and submitted on - -, so I would not have my credit hurt. Upon going online I found Ally offered no disclosures about payments made on the weekend. Speaking with an agent she noted my account to which I received a call on - - only to be told my account was past due since - 2015. The - agent I spoke with showed my credit file was not updated and I would not be reported as being - days past due since a payment was made. I received notification from - - of new reporting information, which was a delinquency reporting from Ally.
