- and - attorney office had contacted my siblings and my mom regarding my credit card collection prior to contacted me. They have disclosed my confidential financial information to my siblings and my mom. They used scare tactics to my siblings and my mom that they will use legal action against me if I do n't pay back the small amount of credit card debt. I called the - and - office to work on the payment reduction and payment plan. But the guy named - only gave me very short time frame - months and each payment is over $1300.00! That is a such high monthly payment in addition to my other family expenses! Despite the current bad economy, they do n't give you a chance to catch up and they said it will be a legal action if missing the payment. There is no room for negotiation nor longer time frame such as - months or - months like - - gave me. These are - are taking advantage of us during the bad economy. If I could come up with extra $1300.00 after all my family expenses, I would not be in this situation.
