Atlantic Credit & Finance, Inc. Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info contacted employer after asked not to August 2, 2016 - I am being garnished for a credit card from 2008, the amount said to be owed is - with fees and such the grand total to be -. However when I called Atlantic Credit and Finance - informed me that I had - accounts that were all paid in full. I have been garnished on this debt for a year. I can not get in contact with anyone that knows what is going on with my account. I do n't understand why I am being garnished for debt that was paid in full.... |

Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt July 28, 2015 - - and - attorney office had contacted my siblings and my mom regarding my credit card collection prior to contacted me. They have disclosed my confidential financial information to my siblings and my mom. They used scare tactics to my siblings and my mom that they will use legal action against me if I do n't pay back the small amount of credit card debt. Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info contacted me after i asked not to June 16, 2015 - i have been continuously harassed by Atlantic Credit & Finance , Inc. in the form of multiple phone calls from the number - at least - times a day and lately they call and hang-up if I answer it. then the try and use a different number. I have asked them to leave me alone that I do n't have any money but they wont listen. I tolled them to wait until my finances improve when they called the first time but they wont listen. ... |
