A representative fraudulently took money out of my account without my authorization. I did not give permission to take my payment out nor was I set up on auto draft. I was not past due and when I pay I have to give my expiration date and - - along with my billing zip code. Also the amount taken out was manually entered because it was less than my normal bi weekly payment of $190.00. The amount taken was $180.00 on -/-/2015. I was called several times that day and sent email from cnac. A customer that is current should not be harrassed like this. I call -/-/2015 and was placed on hold while a supervisor reviewed my account for - minutes then hung up on. When I called back a was transferred to supervisor - '' whom used abusive collection tactics for a customer calling about fraudulent activities on an account. He would n't let me explain my concerns and was extremely unprofessional. He said I owed the payment which made me feel this is okay for CNAC to process my payments without my
- '' said he would refund my money but started to collect the money right back! Saying I am 3 days past due so I need to pay him. I do n't feel comfortable with my loan being with CNAC and representatives just take money out of my account just because they have access to it to obtain personal and company goals. I also advised the supervisor that I may have to file a CFPB complaint to amicably handle this matter and he said, SO '' I can understand an error but this is someone fraudulently taking it upon themselves to run my payment. - did n't seem to think this was a serious offense.
