Barclays Credit card department,
I have been victimized by a rather elaborate scam where a woman posing as a representative of a shipping company has utilized holes in the Payment by Phone process used to pay credit card bills. The gaps in the process exist on both the side of the bank as well as on the side of the Credit Card Company. As a result of these deficiencies, this person has been able to steal a significant some of money from me and most likely has other victims in process and is looking for more.
