I 've received 5 phone calls on - -, 2015 from the same phone number. Initially the missed calls did not result in a message of any sort. After googling the number online, there were no search results pointing to a company. Upon calling the number back, it was Citicard '', a credit card I do use. An automated message asks to dial in my 16 digit credit card number which I chose not to do. Instead, I contact Citicard direct and expressed my concern. The representative who seemed irritated at me, did n't bother listening, decided it was a good opportunity to verify a payment instead of addressing their obviously flawed system. As of today, I received 2 anonymous phone calls from 2 different phone numbers I 've never seen. This un-professional behavior shown by Citicard representatives and their scam-like system should be addressed.
