I contacted Enhanced Recovery Company LLC after i was attempting to enter into a new relationship with a mortgage company and discovered that this collection agency had an open past due account with the credit bureaus in relation to my ssn. I contacted the company via certified mail - 2015. I received no response within the required - days, so I informed the company via certified mail that they were in violation on the federal law FDCPA 807 ( 8 ). I began to call the agency multiple times as a desparate attempt to resolve this negative mark that is preventing me from my mortgage approval. I received the attached letter in - 2015 and that is the last communication between myself and the creditor. I informed them with several letters and multiple phone correspondances that I need this account to be validated or removed NO RESPONSE!
