My husband and I recently refinanced with LoanDepot. I went to set up an account tonight for our mortgage online at their servicing website https : //loandepot.loanadministration.com/ and am not at all confident in their security practices. For example, they do not allow special characters in passwords, which is a standard security practice. Were this for any other financial product, I 'd vote with my feet '' and take my business elsewhere, but I feel stuck with their inadequate web security practices, since they own my loan.
