To whom it may concernRe : - - - # - - - - - -, - , fl - ( - ) --Account # - WellsFargo Bank NAI filed this complain due to a fraud was made in my account on the month of - -, 2015 for the amount of $5500.00 all this money was withdrawal from my account I was overseas when withdrawals were made in my account without my authorization. I filed a claim with the bank institution which in this case is WellsFargo Bank NA and followed all gave all my supported papers staying that i was not in the country at the time of this transactions. I filed this claim on - -,2015 and this is the claim number with WellsFargo -. I have done - claims and went to the police and no answer just denial that my money was going to refunded to me this is unacceptable they have no answer for me according to them i have my card and is the same card use along with my pin when all this withdrawals made in US and I were in - and denied my claim. I am requesting help to get my money back and answer from this institution that has been playing with me is impossible I could had been - different countries at the same time using my bank card. I would like for you to step on. and maybe they will give you more answer and explanation more then they have evade me with bunch of excuses that not make sense. I am attaching all supported documents that were provided to the bank Institution.
