Carrington Mortgage bought mortgage from - and increased amount paid to escrow even though my insurance and taxes have not risen, They said once paid, I have an escrow balance of $130.00 but they need it to be $480.00 dollars so my mortgage payment went up. Can they do this arbitrarily? What is they want my extra escrow balance to be $1000.00 or $1500.00?
