Received call from ( - ) - and msg indicated call ( - ) - - person answering did not identify the company I was calling and got testy when I asked what company I was calling ( interestingly, without my telling this person my name, they had my name ) - I refused to give this person my name and asked at the get-go what company had called me. This person was yelling at me stating that no one ever calls and not states who they are ... '' - stated I was being sued for a $ - debt and writing a bad check for over $1000.00. I am not the person they wanted : name was my first and last name, date of birth not mine, state of residence at time of
