Regions Bank has reported we paid are Home Equity line late - times in the last - months. They said they only show that they reported - times that we were late and they agreed to remove - of them. It has not been removed, we have had nothing but problems with them and have moved are personal banking from them some time ago. We paid off the line due to the fact we had a house fire at the home and are looking to rebuild. Of course Regions is causing another problem. I would just like the problem brought to a close in a timely manner and i know without the help from the CFPB it will not be brought to a close.
