I want to know why my bank does not immediately credit back to my debit card? If I pay a service with my debit card and then cancel it, it can take 4 to 5 days for that credit to show on my account? Who uses that money for those days? I am charged immediately so why not be credited the same way? The bank says it is the fault of whatever company I was dealing with, not the bank. Having been a - myself, I know that transactions are settled on a daily basis with most companies so I do n't think this could be correct. Ca n't seem to get a straight answer out of Wells Fargo bank either.
