I opened a checking account at Chase Bank in - 2015. Since this time, I have filed claims disputing a total of - claims, all of which tbe bank researched it and found my dispute to be valid and reversed the charges. A few weeks back, I called the bank to file a dispute for a $39.00 cenf charge that was not authorized and they informed me they would need to cancel my debit card and issue a new -, I agreed. However, they never processed the dispute for the charge. On Friday of last week, I had - transactions that were processed without my consent, I called in the claim and asked them to include the $39.00 charge they had neglected to process - a total of - charges - I received a new debit card. That day I go to use my card and it was declined! I called the bank and they tell me they will be closing my account due to fraudulent activity and terminating my relationship and they have rejected my last claim with the - unauthorized charges and that decision was final! So, they are closing my account after agreeing my disputes were valid and they rejected my claim for the final transctions because they are closing my account and the overdraft charges they charged me for the disputed transactions. They say I have no recourse since I will no longer be banking there!
