I made a payment of $ - over the phone for my - payment. However as of - -, the payment has not been posted. Chrysler Capital claims that the payment was made on - - and because of the holiday, the payment is delayed in posting. I am now 31 days late and now do for -. I have reason to believe that because I called and was upset, Chrysler Capital is being vindictive and delaying payment processing. I believe that this is a form of harassment, that is a violation of the FDCPA. The payment has cleared my bank, and Chrysler Capital admits that the payment is there. They just refuse to post it.
