Previously had a vehicle loan with - c. -/-/-, which was sold /assigned to Santander USA ( c. -/-/- ). This was for a - Ford Explorer. Between -/-/- and -/-/- I was underemployed, then later unemployed. In approximately -, -, the vehicle sustained either internal or external damage to the Transmission. The Transmission was found to be in need of repairs that would cost somewhere between $ - $1500.00. I subsequently sold the vehicle as scrap to a junkyard. Santander HAS CHARGED THE REMAINING BALANCE OF $800.00 OFF. They are now calling me ( from : - ) ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT THIS DEBT. I know longer have the vehicle.
