We purchased a travel trailer from a private party. They paid off their loan with Bank of the West in - -, OR on - -. Bank of the West wrote a letter to their borrower on - - stating they should have their title in about 10 days. It has been 27 days since that loan was paid and we ( the buyer of the travel trailer ) still do not have the title. Totally unacceptable that we can not use something we have purchased.
